Leadership Coaching
is a training programme for the development of managerial skills. Such coaching supports consistency in target setting and operational models. It also encourages supportive management practices.
Account Manager Coaching
is a versatile training programme, focusing on managing and developing customer relationships. Graduates of this training programme are awarded the Account Manager Certificate.
Process and method training
In everything we do, we apply high-quality, standardised global processes. The induction phase for new Logica employees includes familiarisation with this recipe for success. Job and task rotation are written into our internal practices. In fact, to expand and diversify our expertise, we actively promote job rotation.
